Preparation
Bark:
Whisk the egg whites well, add the sugar and whisk a little more. Then add ground walnuts, flour and pastries. Transfer the mixture to pan no. 32 which we previously lined with greaseproof paper. Bake at 200 degrees. Here is the measure for one crust, three crusts are baked.

Whisk in the sugar and egg yolks and steam. Add whipped margarine and grated chocolate to the cold cream.
