
Three types of chocolate and cocoa crust to complete the combination of flavors. Although the fillings are full of chocolate, they are light and creamy. Decoration is not even needed.
Bark:
3 eggs
3 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa
1 tablespoon flour
5 g baking powder

500 ml of sweet sour cream
500 g of cream cheese
200 g of powdered sugar or to taste
150 g of dark chocolate
160 g of milk chocolate
160 g of white chocolate

Preparation:
Whisk the egg whites with the sugar to get a firm foam.
Add the egg yolks and whisk again.
Finally, add sifted flour and cocoa with baking powder and combine everything.
Shake in a 26cm mold in which you put the baking paper, then bake the crust for about 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.
Melt all three types of chocolate.
The simplest is in the microwave over low heat, right before thawing. Then it will not burn at all.
While the chocolates cool make a base.
Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar.
Whisk the sweet cream softly.
Mix cream cheese and sweet sour cream.
Divide into three parts, then add one type of chocolate to each and sit down.
Apply the fillets on the cover, starting with the darkest. Decorate as desired and cool well.
